    Chef Haroon will demo how to make the perfect pasta for a variety of dishes to make at home.

    BREAD LAB 101

    Create your own sourdough starter and make several types of breads in class to take home! You’ll be so proud of your fancy breads!

    Class Greek dishes that are easy to prepare but will give you confidence in making a beautiful meal! Souvlaki, those potatoes, spanakopita and real tzaziki!

    KITCHEN SAFETY

    (PA day for OCDSB & CEPEO)

    Confidence working with knives, equipment and food safety skills will be covered in this beginner class. Ideal for 8-12 year-olds. We’ll make a soup with fresh bread and a brownie to take home.

All About Pizza

Make dough, focaccia, sauce, create your masterpizzas!

Cakes, Fillings & Frostings

Make a beautiful cake from scratch. Learn to make frosting and fillings to decorate your cake!

Gnocchi with two sauces!

We’ll make gnocchi from scratch and two different sauces! Our signature Roasted Garlic Bread, salad and easy Tiramisu to finish.

Bao Buns, Pickles & Satay

Add your pricing strategy. Be sure to include important details like value, length of service, and why it’s unique.

Bread Lab

We’ll make a classic White Loaf, Whole Wheat Loaf and a decorated Focaccia. Make and take your own sourdough starter kit.

Chicken Dinner With All the Fixin’s

Kids Can Cook! Make a whole roasted chicken with vegetables, salad, dressing AND dessert.

It’s All Greek to Me!

We’ll make traditional Greek dishes and banish your fear of Filo. Starting with our Roasted Garlic White Bean Hummus, we’ll season up “those potatoes,” roast some Veg, skewer Chicken Souvlaki, mix a Feta Salad. Somewhere in between we’ll make delicious Spanakopita.

Mexican Night Ole!

After we learn kitchen rules and regs, we’ll make an amazing Carne Asada for the best dinner ever. Pulled Pork with Chipotle, three fresh cut salsas, Black Beans and Rice. For dessert, Ice Cream sandwiches from scratch with our favorite local, Brett’s Ice Cream.

Muffins, Scones, Compound Butters & Jam

Learn to make a versatile muffin batter that is healthy and what type of inclusions to make them ultra delicious. Scones from scratch, honeyed butter and fresh jam!

Quiche Me Dahling!

Classic Quiche Lorraine and our signature Mediterranean Quiche. Everyone will make their own Quiches to take home. While they’re baking, we’ll enjoy a slice of Modern General’s quiche and salad for a light afternoon lunch.

Teron Street Tacos

Gluten Free Class! Yes, we can make some fabulous fillings for your corn or Jicama Tacos! Fresh-cut salsas three ways, guacamole, poached and pulled chicken, or zesty pulled pork.


Before attending a class…

  • Make sure to bring your own apron and a few containers to take home your finished products!

  • If you don’t feel well…best if you miss the class. With more than 24 hours notice we will give you a credit or refund for the class.

  • Cancellation policy:
